These mindfulness practices enhance focus, boost energy, improve mental clarity, prevent burnout, and foster overall well-being.

With over 30 years of experience as a corporate brand designer, I understand firsthand the pressures of high-stress environments. My creative career has allowed me to collaborate with a diverse range of organizations, including Nestlé, Volkswagen, Aston Martin, Volvo, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard, Triumph Motorcycles, M&S, Mars, the Nelson Mandela Foundation, Silverstone, and Unilever.
As a global citizen, I’ve had the privilege of living and working in the UK, Germany, the USA, and Southeast Asia. These experiences have shaped my understanding of cultural dynamics which I bring to my coaching practice.
