I’m Sirkka Fisk – a mindfulness and emotional intelligence trainer, working with a small team of likeminded coaches to help leaders strengthen personal resilience, energy, and well-being to drive high performance across their teams.

For over 25 years, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness have been steady companions to my own journey through demanding work environments. I began my career in branding and design, running my own agency for over two decades – so I’m no stranger to fast-paced corporate life.

In 2009, I became a certified yoga instructor. Since then, I’ve added to my toolkit: I’m now a certified SIY Global trainer (Search Inside Yourself), an Advanced Oxygen Advantage breathwork instructor, Yoga Alliance Trainer Pro, and Stott Pilates teacher.

I specialise in helping individuals and teams learn how to self-regulate, energise their bodies, and sharpen their focus through structured courses grounded in neuroscience and practical tools. My goal is to support leaders in creating clarity, calm, and meaningful impact – both for themselves and their teams.

My background in design continues to inform my work. I bring a mindful, thoughtful approach to visual communication – focusing on clarity, alignment, and resonance. Whether guiding a team through a leadership programme or shaping a brand’s message, my aim is the same: to create meaningful, human-centred experiences.

Hi, I am Monica Mezzacasa – a consultant, executive trainer, and facilitator with a passion for creating work environments where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow. I help individuals and teams improve how they work together – so that organisations can become more agile, more human, and ultimately, more effective.
Over the years, I’ve specialized in leadership development, business agility, and inclusive ways of working, supporting clients across EMEA. I’m also a certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant, guiding organisations through the adoption of agile practices to support strategic alignment and sustainable change.
I love helping people strengthen their self-awareness, uncover their leadership style, and build the confidence to lead with clarity and purpose. At the same time, I work with teams and leaders to shape ways of working that support collaboration, innovation, and meaningful progress – by making space for open dialogue, experimentation, and trust.
My goal is to support leaders and teams in creating work cultures where both people and performance can thrive.
