Hi, and welcome!
I am a mindfulness and emotional intelligence trainer who works with a small team of likeminded coaches to guide leaders to develop their personal resilience, energy and well being to create high performance for themselves and their teams.
Yoga, breathwork and mindfulness have been steady companions to my often stressful work environment since 1999. In 2009, I became a certified yoga instructor. Over the years more qualifications followed; SIY Global Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence trainer, Advanced Oxygen Advantage breathwork instructor, Yoga Alliance Trainer Pro, and Stotts Pilates instructor.
I specialize in helping individuals and teams learn how to self-regulate, how to energize their body and enhance focus through structured courses. My goal is to provide clarity and support for leaders and their teams to better navigate the challenges of corporate life.
