Yoga, mindfulness & breathwork retreats by the sea – your time to leave all behind, de-stress, re-compress and just 'be'.

The back drop to all our retreats is always the sea. Here, the rhythmic ebb and flow of the waves truly sets the tone for profound rejuvenation, discovery and calm. Our breathwork, yoga and mindfulness retreats offer a sanctuary for all those seeking inner balance and renewal.

Our retreats can be booked as individuals or as part of a team. We offer yoga and breathwork retreats which are purely focus on rejuvenating and re-setting your mind and body, finding the calm and energy in equal measure. We also run corporate wellbeing retreats and career transition programmes for corporate organisations and individuals, where mind and body wellbeing is incorporated into a week's coaching programme. Currently, we are running our retreats at 2 locations, Las Galeras in the Dominican Republic and Tavira in the Algarve in Portugal. Breathing, balancing and centring for optimal 
body movement, energy, and clarity of mind.

Most of us aren’t breathing as well as we could. Poor posture, stress, and restricted movement is impacting our energy, focus, and overall well-being. This workshop helps to restore functional breathing for better oxygenation, calm, and vitality.

3-hour workshop: Combining gentle yoga for better posture with the science of optimal breathing. You’ll learn how to free up your breathing muscles, improve posture, and practice simple breathing techniques you can apply in everyday life to help reduce stress, sleep better and enhance performance.

Workshop:
• 75 minutes yoga for breath & posture: Stretch and strengthen key muscle groups for easier, deeper breathing.
• 15 minutes refreshment break: Tea, coffee, nuts and fruit
• 75 minutes presentation:
   – The Science of Breath: Understand how breathing affects energy, focus, sleep and relaxation.
   – Practical Breathwork Techniques: Learn exercises you can use anytime to bring calm and balance into daily life.
• 15 minutes: Questions, answers and comments
