These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, content, coaching, and programs offered by eqeo and its affiliated brand, Surfhippie (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to our websites, digital platforms, videos, workshops, retreats, courses, downloadable materials, and any associated mobile apps or communication platforms (“Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Company Structure

eqeo is the parent brand offering science-based mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and breathwork training for individuals, teams, and organisations.

Surfhippie operates as a subsidiary of eqeo, offering wellbeing and lifestyle-oriented content and experiences that complement our core mission.

All terms in this Agreement apply equally across both eqeo and Surfhippie services.

3. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our Services, including breathwork, mindfulness, and physical or emotional development practices, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree and acknowledge:

Always consult your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before starting any new physical, emotional, or breathwork practice.
Participation in any of our programs, videos, retreats, or coaching is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk.
We (eqeo and Surfhippie) and our team are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or adverse outcome resulting from the application of our Services.

If you have any medical condition (including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, psychological disorders, or pregnancy), we strongly recommend obtaining medical clearance before participating.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eqeo and Surfhippie disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services, including but not limited to physical or emotional harm, lost profits, or data loss.

Your use of our Services is at your own risk. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property associated with eqeo and Surfhippie are owned by eqeo unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree to the stated terms of the product or service, including any cancellation or renewal conditions.

7. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eqeo and Surfhippie, their directors, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
