Functional breathing pattern training will help to support your spine and improve your posture. This personalised breathing training addresses breathlessness and exhaustion, helps improve your blood circulation and oxygen delivery to your cells. The Oxygen Advantage breathwork practice has some things in common with ancient yogic breathing methods but is substantiated by today's scientific breath studies. The breathing exercises can be incorporated into your daily life whatever your current level of health or fitness and will give you tools for life.
