Mindfulness and emotional intelligence training developed at Google

Originally created and developed at Google, the Search Inside Yourself program (SIY Global) teaches mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership tools to teams to unlock the full potential at work and in life that can be easily integrated into every day life.

This corporate mindfulness program starts with an interactive live training, either online via Zoom or in person, followed by a 4 week online journey. It is interactive, including experiential exercises, group conversations, attention-training practices, meditations and journaling.

Virtual practice

  • (28 days)

  • Weekly exercises and resources delivered by email.

Pinnacle webinar

  • (1 hour)
